How we measure: strategic planning metrics
Each strategic planning project will be evaluated by three layers of metrics:
- Institutional: PCC’s overall metrics help us measure mission fulfillment. They include Student Achievement or Equitable Student Success, Finance, Sustainability, and Belonging metrics. Additional metrics demonstrate how the strategic plan is the map to mission fulfillment.
- Project objective/goal: Established at the project level and depends on the project scope and goals.
- Project management: Project schedule and budget status, percentage complete, risks, and issues. These metrics require regular updates, made every 30 business days so that portfolio data is accurate.
