Improve and develop your speaking skills at the PCC Speech Labs. Labs are available for student and staff use on the Sylvania, Rock Creek and Cascade campuses.

Sylvania
The Sylvania Speech and Presentation Lab is the place where you and/or your group can practice and film your class, group or community speeches and presentations. The lab is equipped with a computer and projection screen, a slide remote, a lectern, and a tripod for recording via your phone. There are also tables and chairs for your use while using the lab.
Strong oral communication skills are highly valued by employers, so not only will you improve your class presentations but you’ll be developing skills that will help in your career. Win-win!
The Lab is located in St 3, a small building between the ST and TCB buildings (map of the Speech Lab location). There is a key code for the door. Ask your instructor for the code or email the Communication Studies Department Chair: susan.mann17@pcc.edu.
