Details about this class

This class introduces students to college writing through writing about food. We will do some personal narrative writing, some research, and some mixing of the two. I will emphasize writing as your authentic self over perfection in grammar, syntax, or formatting. There is a strict no AI policy in my class, so come ready to do all the thinking, researching, idea generating, and writing yourself. 

Technology

Students should be comfortable with PCC email, google docs, and D2L.

No show policy

Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class.
