¡Bienvenidos a SPA 212c!, and I look forward to meeting you in class! Below is some additional information about our course:
This 1-credit class is a supplementary conversation class designed to practice the skills we'll be learning in SPA 202. No additional assignments are associated with this class, just your enthusiastic participation :)
Note that this class meets immediately before our SPA 202 class, in the same classroom with the same instructor and students.
Why should I take SPA 212C? In the conversation class, you will have an opportunity to practice what you are learning in SPA 202. You will be working on your listening and speaking skills with classmates, with your instructor’s guidance and support. Students who don’t take 212C will have 10 hours less of practice of the Spanish language than the classmates who take 212C. 202 + 212C is the perfect combination to develop your oral communicative skills, and communication is the main goal of our SPA program!
