Details about this class

Students are highly recommended to take SPA 202 and SPA 212C simultaneously.

SPA 212C is a one-credit conversation course that meets twice a week for 25 minutes (50 min/week). For this particular SPA 202 (CRN 15724), your recommended 212C is CRN 15723, Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:30pm to 1:55pm. This conversation class meets right before your 202,  and it’s taught by the same instructor in the same Zoom meeting.

Why should I take SPA 212C?  In the conversation class,  you will have an opportunity to practice what you are learning in SPA 202. You will be working on your listening and speaking skills with classmates, with your instructor’s guidance and support. Students who don’t take 212C will have 10 hours less of practice of the Spanish language than the classmates who take 212C. 202 + 212C is the perfect combination to develop your communicative skills (listening and speaking), as communication is the main goal of our SPA program.

Technology

Required technology for this course includes a computer with a reliable Internet connection, microphone, and webcam. If you have questions or concerns about the required technology, please contact your instructor. No show policy
