Technology
Welcome to Reading 115! I'm glad you are here.
This is an in-person course which meets at the Southeast campus twice a week and then independent study resumes through the course module online the rest of the week.
You will be able to choose your own book of interest to read of at least 200 pages.
This can be one you already own, a library book or a new one you purchase, either hardback, paperback or eBook. You will be given reading activities based on this novel or non-fiction book. You can either select one from this list or a comparable Lexile level (1200) one here: Recommended books lists - Reading - Research Guides at Portland Community College (pcc.edu)
I look forward to having you in this course this term and learning together. Please reach out if you have any questions.
Warmly,
~Jocelin
