Details about this class

Hello! I'm so glad to see you're interested in Pilates! Through Pilates you can expect to gain core strength, stability, and postural awareness that you'll take with you into your everyday activities.

During each class, we will be practicing Pilates exercises. You'll come away from the term with a firm understanding of the Principles of Pilates and their application in your own body.

Never done Pilates before? Or haven't been very active lately? No problem! The class is structured in a way that supports varying fitness levels and abilities.

Lastly, this course is offered in a flexible delivery model where students may attend in person or on Zoom. If attending on Zoom, you will be required to have your camera on so I can see you during class.

If you have any questions, you may email me at alma.eaton@pcc.edu.

I hope to see you in class this term!

Best,

Alma Eaton
