Details about this class
This is a combined course with Cardio Conditioning and Core Fitness for a total body workout each day you attend class. Meets in the Fitness Center PCC SY HT 125. Wear athletic clothes and closed toed shoes to class each day. Dress in layers for indoor workouts. There are a few mini-lectures and physical activity each day. Water bottle is ok in the fitness center (no glass).
