Details about this class

This is an on-campus, in-person class.  Attendance at Southeast Campus will be expected every Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 -11:20 am from January 5 to March 16. Each class will include significant time for group work and interactive collaboration. Active participation will be encouraged from all students.

It is required that students have the Class Notes and Group Work packet. This can be purchases from the Southeast Bookstore for $20 and can be paid for with financial aid. To order, click on the "textbook" link in the course information, or go to the Southeast Bookstore from the MyPCC homepage.

The packet is 100 pages and includes all the Class Notes and Group Work handouts that we will use in every class, along with other important information such as the Course Calendar and WeBWork tips.

Technology

Students need access to the internet to complete online homework. We will be using a free online calculator, Desmos.

No show policy

Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class.

Students with disabilities

Students with disabilities should notify their instructor if accommodations are needed to take this class. For information about technologies that help people with disabilities taking Online based classes please visit the Disability Services website.
