Hi!

I am looking forward to working with you as we learn some super cool math.  Below are some important details about our class that you should know before the term begins.

We will be using the online math program ALEKS for our class.  It will cost about $40 and if you continue on to MTH 112, access to 112 ALEKS is included.  Please do not purchase an access code until after the first week of the term.  I will provide temporary access as we get started in our studies. 

Please  do purchase the MTH 111 Lecture Video Outlines from the Bookstore.  You can purchase this packet from the PCC Bookstore and have it shipped to you.

 

Technology

You will NOT need a graphing calculator for this course, but you may need a scientific calculator for in-class assignments and exams.

No show policy

Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class.
