Technology
The labs will require a few more components beyond what was in the initial ENGR221 kit. We'll discuss in class.
You'll be using multisim, which is installed on the lab PCS. You can buy the student edition of this simulation software - currently about $60. It's required also for ENGR171 (at the moment). If you don't want to purchase it or use multisim in the lab, you can use LTSPice but we'll discuss disadvantages of that approach in class.
No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class.
