Details about this class
- This course is required for ALL Exercise Science students enrolled in the EXS Program.
- There are two sections of PE 281; be sure to choose a section that fits with your other required courses.
- This course meets In-Person, twice per week.
- Instruction includes small group and 1-1 training scenarios in the instructional design, therefore attendance is essential for success. If you anticipate any issues with attendance, please contact the Instructor in advance of registering to make sure you can meet course requirements.
- As part of the learning activities, you will be engaging in low intensity resistance training exercises appropriate for your own health and fitness.
