Welcome to Communication 7!
This is going to be a really interesting term. We will be working on listening, speaking, pronunciation, and presentation skills -- especially in small groups, which is very important at both school and work.
I look forward to studying with you this term!

Technology
We will use PCC Gmail to communicate. You will need to be able to watch and listen to online videos. We will use D2L for homework, grades, and announcements as well as distribution of handouts and presentations. You will need to be able to record audio and/or video on D2L (I will show you how to do this in class). If you do not have your own computer, you will be able to use the computer lab in the PCC library (or perhaps your cellphone) to complete your homework.
No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class.
