Hello students!
My name is Anneke O'Brien and I'm the instructor for this Level 5 Reading class.
In this class, we will read a lot but also discuss and write about many interesting topics. We will work on improving your reading skills and vocabulary.
The textbook required for this class is Reading Explorer 2.
The novel we will be reading is Seedfolks by Paul Fleischman.

Technology
This class meets in person, but you need to use a computer to study and for some of the homework. You can use or borrow a computer at the library.
You will need to be able to use your PCC email, Google Docs and D2L.
If you don't know how to use these, I will help you.
No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class.
