This course focuses on black and white film and digital processes, techniques, and concepts.

You'll learn how to—

  • Shoot, develop, and scan black and white film
  • Create digital negatives for contact printing
  • Make handmade prints on a variety of papers and surfaces
  • Edit your digital black and white images
  • Refine your black and white digital printing skills

Camera(s) Required—

  • Access to a film camera and/or digital camera with manual exposure controls
  • SLR, DSLR, or mirrorless camera systems preferred
