In this course you will explore developing a residential site in Portland, OR into a ‘Cottage Cluster’, a collection of 4 residential units with outdoor common space for gardening/landscaping and community building.
You’ll apply high performance building systems and sustainable site planning principles to your designs, while creating both design and construction documents.
