Details about this class
This class is cross-listed (TRX and Weight Training I, II, and III) and hybrid (some online work required).
Come explore the beautiful view from our Cascade Campus weight room and learn how TRX training can compliment your weight routine. This class will teach you to build a workout plan based on the fundamental movement patterns. You will learn to set goals, create action plans, and progress your resistance training plan.
You will also be required to do one hour of training outside of class time.
