Portland is surrounded by beautiful areas to explore!
Intermediate hiking will explore longer and moderate hikes. Must be able to currently hike 5+ miles.
This course will explore trail stewardship and giving back by attending a trail maintenance or a trail stewardship for one of our scheduled hikes.
Students must have transportation to trailheads (carpooling is encouraged). Some parking and toll fees may occur.
Attendance of safety lecture on first day is required to stay enrolled in the class!
