Details about this class
This is a wonderful opportunity to work closely with other curious and motivated students. We will work on publishing The Pointed Circle, a literary magazine, as well as creating small chapbooks of our own writing. We'll engage in multi-genre workshops (meaning we edit fiction, nonfiction, and poetry) and talk about issues of aesthetics, bias, and variety in publishing. The course is highly student-led, promotes leadership and collaboration, and ends with a launch party for our magazine!
If you have taken any creative writing at PCC, this might be a great class for you. If you have previous experience with creative writing and want to know if this is a good fit, email caitlin.dwyer@pcc.edu.
