WEEKLY LECTURES 

 Week One:             Pitch notation and the Grand staff

Week Two:            Accidentals and Half and Whole Steps

Week Three:        Simple Meters

Week Four:          Major Scales/Beat Subdivisions and Syncopation

Week Five:           Compound and Other Meters / Circle of Fifths

Week Six:             Major scales and KEYS

Second class/Week Six

                              MIDTERM/ Intro SIGNATURE ASSIGNMENT

 

Week Seven:         Circle of Fifths w/minors added /Minor Scales and Keys

Week Eight:           Intervals

ALL WHO ARE ENROLLED IN MUS110 ARE AUTOMATICALLY IN PCC SYLVANIA MUSIC CLUB. MEETS AT 4PM ON MONDAYS.
