Details about this class
This course will be taught at PCC Sylvania HT 129 on Mondays and at the Mittleman Jewish Community Center (MJCC) pool on Wednesdays. The MJCC facility is less than a 10 minute drive from PCC Sylvania. When you are registered you will find driving directions in the Content of D2L for ProAct Aquatics class. The address is: 6651 SW Capitol Hwy, Portland, OR 97219. You will need to bring some sort of photo I.D. with you when entering the facility at the MJCC.
You will need to have a swim suit for Wednesdays when we will be in the water at the pool. Swim caps are optional. You will need to wear athletic clothing for Monday classes - dry land exercising and lecture/lab time.

No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class.
