Details about this class
This is a special ProAct class. We will be meeting each Monday and Wednesday 12:30pm - 2:30pm. There may be other times that we will meet to be able to attend and participate in Older Adult Exercise classes throughout the community. Dates and times will be presented in D2L and in class. You will be expected to wear your PCC Exercise Science uniform when doing the observations and visitations. (You will need to have your own transportation to get to the places where we will be doing observations and visitations.)
Wear athletic clothing including athletic shoes each day of class. (No flip flops, sandals or jeans with rivots.) Expect to be moderately active in the classes and labs. You will be learning a variety of fitness assessments for older adults and participating in active older adult fitness activities.
