Details about this class

This is a dance fitness class as well as a survey of other group fitness class sytyles, including resistance training exercises. No experience with either dance fitness, resistance training or any of the other  class formats is necessary. Students will be following along to a variety of steps and exercises . Modifications will be shown for all levels of fitness. Dumbells, resistance bands, mats, etc. (and cleaning supplies) will be available for use during the class. Technology

This class will be offered as an in person class. All equipment needed (mats, dumbbells, resistance bands) will be supplied by PCC and will be available during the class time only.

No show policy

Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class.
