Are you ready to try something new?
TRX and Interval Training provides a great way to build strength and endurance through mostly bodyweight workouts. The class will begin by covering the fundamental exercise movements and build on those exercises throughout the term using bodyweight, TRX straps, and other fitness equipment.
While we will repeat certain exercise no two workouts will look the same!
The use of TRX straps provides stability and challenges the core.
Come work out in our gorgeous studio full of natural light.
All levels of fitness are welcomed and encouraged.
TRX straps are provided in class.
*This class is cross listed with TRX and Interval Training I and II.
