Details about this class

This course is for Beginner Resistance Training (RT) students to Advanced RT students of all ages wanting to improve their knowledge, skill, technique and comprehension of Resistance Training.  

Students will learn RT terminology, RT principles, and how to select and perform RT exercises specific to their fitness level and goals.
