Details about this class
Students will continue to develop and apply the key concepts of weight training on a weekly basis. We will use free weights, machines, bands, and body weight. A specific program will be developed by the student by the end of the term based on experiences learned throughout the course. The class focuses on health, wellness, and a positive and encouraging environment for all students.
