Details about this class
The Cascade Gym is ready to serve our students' resistance training needs! All are welcome; resistance training is for EVERYONE! I'll help you customize a routine to reach your goals, whether that is with free weights, selectorized machines, resistance bands or your own body weight. Build strength and endurance and increase bone density. Beginning/Intermediate and Advanced sections meet all together in this Weight Training class.
