Details about this class
This is a combined class with cardio conditioning & core fitness. You will get a total body workout in one class. Dress in athletic attire for class, with toe closed shoes (no flip flops). We do pre & post fitness assessments. Typical class includes a warm up, cardio segment, strength & endurance core fitness work & cooldown.
