Details about this class
This is an on-campus, in-person class. Attendance at Southeast Campus will be expected every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 am -11:50 pm from March 31 to June 9. Each class will include significant time for group work and interactive collaboration. Active participation will be encouraged from all students.
It is required that students have the Class Notes and Group Work packet: MTH 105 IN-PERSON PACKET S26
This can be purchases from the Southeast Bookstore for under $20 and can be paid for with financial aid. To order, click on the "textbook" link in the course information, or go to the Southeast Bookstore from the MyPCC homepage. (The packet can also be printed at home or at the PCC Library by accessing the PDF on our D2L page.)
The packet is 90 pages and includes all the Class Notes and Group Work handouts that we will use in every class.
Technology
Students need access to the internet to complete online homework. We will be using a free online calculator, Desmos, and free online spreadsheet, Googlesheets.
No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class.
