Details about this class
Lecture and Lab components of the course meet in-person on the PCC Sylvania Campus
Attendance will be recorded, but not included in grading. I advise all students attend all class meetings to get the most of the course.
Technology
ENGR231 will be in-person on the PCC Sylvania Campus Spring 2024. In-person lecture and in-person lab.
While the class will be in-person, a D2L course shell will be used to keep track of class resources and grades.
Homework and Lab Assignments will be submitted via D2L.
It is advised that students have a way to view D2L and submit .pdf's to D2L.
Students need to have a way of scanning hard copy assignments using a phone camera or flat bed scanner and converting the scans to .pdf documents that can be uploaded to D2L.
Students will need access to a scientific calculator
Although not required: engineering paper, a mechanical pencil, eraser, straight edge or ruler will be helpful.
No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class.
