This course is fully in-person for both the lecture and lab components, held twice a week.
Lecture:
The lecture portion of this course will take place in-person. During class, we will go over the course material, answer any questions you may have, and work on worksheet problems. A worksheet and homework problem set are typically assigned each lecture class. You will submit your worksheet and homework assignments in class each week.
Lab:
The lab portion of this course will take place in-person. Students will work during class time. Each Lab will have a assignment associated with it that needs to be turned in electronically via D2L.
Student Activities for the Lecture Part:
Before Class:
Review class notes posted on D2L. Come prepared to ask questions about the course material.
During Class:
Review the course material. Work on worksheet problems and ask any questions you need help with.
After Class:
Complete the homework problems and submit them (along with the worksheet you worked on the previous week) in person the following week.
Before Class:
It is recommended that students review the lab instructions before attending each lab session.
During Class:
Follow the lab procedures and work on the lab report or lab deliverable for that week.
After Class:
Complete the lab report and submit the lab report electronically.
Assignments:
All assignments (Homework, Worksheets, and Lab Reports) and their due dates will be posted D2L. The due dates may be updated throughout the term based on the situation.
Exams:
Exams will be completed in-person, on paper with pencil, and will take place at the scheduled class times. There will be two exams: one mid-term and one final exam.
