Welcome to ESR 171 Environmental Science!
My name is Sydney Donohue Jobe, and I will be your instructor for this course. My goal is to make Environmental Science fun, inviting, and accessible.
Each week we will meet on Tuesdays for lecture-based classes and on Thursdays for in-person labs. Several of our labs will include off-campus field trips working outside. We will coordinate transportation to each site in advance.

Technology
Students will need a computer and access to the internet for in-class and homework assignments. Work will often be submitted online.
No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class.
