A Dropbox.com account is required for this course, which is free if you don’t already have one. This is similar to Google Drive.
Courses taken at the PCC Sylvania or SE Center campus will be in a computer lab.
Courses taken remotely will not have daily access to a computer.
A personal copy of the SolidWorks software will be made available to download and install on your personal computer.
You will need a PC desktop or laptop running Windows 10 or 11.
- i5, i7, i9 processors only
- no ARM
- 16+ GB recommended
- mouse with a scroll wheel
- you do not need a fancy video card, but it has advantages
- SolidWorks does not run natively on MacOS

No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class.
