Beginning Salsa
Explore body isolation, fluidity, a large vocabulary of salsa-mambo steps and choreography. We draw from salsa's Afro-Cuban heritage as well East Coast On2 technique. Dance in soft-soled shoes, latin heels, or clean non-marking sneakers. Wear comfortable athletic/dance attire and bring a water bottle.
