Details about this class

The Lab is Outdoors: You will be monitoring campus streams twice a week, rain or shine, which requires walking a steep dirt trail. This hands-on fieldwork is designed to make our coursework directly applicable to the real world.

Accommodations are Available: If the physical requirements are a concern, you can email the instructor (Peter Ritson) to work out an accommodation.

Alternative Options: If you prefer an indoor lab, you can switch to any other section of CH100.

Zero Material Costs: The textbook and all lab equipment are provided for free, so you don't need to buy anything for this class.

Technology

There is no additional technology required for this class.

No show policy

Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class.

Students with disabilities
