Details about this class
As a remote class, attendance is mandatory for the duration of the class. Only the lectures will be recorded, usually accompanied with a ppt presentation. Review of homework will not be recorded. It is important that everyone participates.
Technology
As a remote class which is synchronous the following are required:
computer with a microphone and video camera
access to a photo copy machine
access to zoom
drafting supplies for hand drafting are required to include a drafting board with parallel bar and miscellaneous tools (supply list will be emailed before the term starts)
No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class.
