(Nothing needs to be done before our first session.)

This course is online (scheduled meetings) for both the lecture and lab components, held twice a week on Monday and Wednesday.

Lecture (Monday):

The lecture portion of this course will take place synchronously, meaning we will have live Zoom sessions every Monday from 6:00 to 8:50 p.m. We will cover the lecture material, and then students will work on discussion worksheet problems. However, all lecture videos are recorded and available on D2L, so students can watch them at any time and study at their own pace.

Lab (Wednesday):

The lab portion of this course will also be synchronous, with live Zoom sessions every Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:50 p.m.

 

 

Student Activities for the Lecture

Before Class: Review the lecture file before attending the session.

During Class: Work on worksheet problems and ask questions as needed.

After Class: Complete the homework problems and submit them through D2L, along with the worksheet you worked on during the Zoom session with your group.

Student Activities for the Lab

Before Class: Review the lab file before attending the lab session.

During Class: Follow the lab procedures and complete the lab activities.

After Class: Complete the lab report and submit it through D2L.

 

 

Assignments

All assignments (homework, discussion worksheets, and lab reports) and their due dates will be posted on D2L. Due dates may be updated throughout the term if needed.

Exams

Exams will be online and available through D2L. There will be two exams.

No show policy

Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class.
