Details about this class

This is an in-person chemistry class at the PCC Cascade campus. We will meet on Tuesday and Thursday for the lectures and labs.  This class does not require any prior chemistry experience. 

Lecture and lab sessions will be interactive and designed to help learning and measure understanding.  This information will be used to guide the speed of content and delivery methods.  Therefore, student participation will be key to success.  All the study materials will be given to the students through the free access on D2L course homepage.  Lecture slides will be also posted on the class website on D2L.

This class will include completing the homework assignments, in-class group problem-solving activities/clicker questions, exams and hands-on laboratory experiments. Assessment is based on exams, quizzes, homework, and laboratory work.
