Welcome to BA106 Intro to Excel for Business Data!

This is an online asynchronous class and there are no required class meetings either remotely or in-person. 

In this course, students will learn fundamental Microsoft Excel skills used to create professional business worksheets. Topics include data entry, formulas, formatting, charts, and functions, with an emphasis on business problem-solving, data presentation, and data analysis.

Course outcomes will be achieved through online lectures, class discussions, instructor-created demonstration videos, required assignments, and course projects.

During the first week, you are required to complete specific course activities or you may be dropped from the course by the instructor. Per PCC policy, there are no exceptions to this requirement.

 

Technology

Excel for Microsoft Office 365

PCC’s Microsoft Office 365 for Education licensing allows students the ability to download at no charge the desktop versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, and Outlook on their personal computers. Use your MyPCC email address and Password to access the software installation files. 

No show policy

Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class.
