What is Future Connect?
If you're a high school student within Multnomah County, the Hillsboro School District, or the Beaverton School District who identifies as first generation or low-income, Future Connect is right for you.
Future Connect is a scholarship program which focuses on eliminating barriers to attending college, and provides on-going support throughout a student's time at PCC.
Using scholarship money, career guidance and personal advising, Future Connect helps students build pathways to their futures.
Future Connect is open to qualifying students who will have a high school diploma or GED by the end of the year and will be attending PCC starting Fall Term 2016.
Future Connect is sponsored by the City of Portland, The City of Beaverton, The City of Hillsboro and the PCC Foundation.
What can Future Connect do for you?
Future Connect applicants who are selected for the scholarship will receive a minimum of $500 per year for two years.
Future Connect applicants are also eligible for many other student scholarship opportunities available to all PCC students.

Future Connect gives you access to internships that give you real-world opportunities to apply your college experience and learning.
An intensive summer orientation before fall term and continuing workshops and extracurricular gatherings throughout the school year will help you both transition into college and excel in your studies and career goals.
For current high school seniors applying to Future Connect:
The 2017-2018 Future Connect application will be available on November 1, 2016. For now, please apply for admission to PCC, as you will need to have a PCC ID number to complete the Future Connect application.
