On Wednesday September 27, 2017, it was reported by a student that the male pictured above was engaged in self gratification on a PCC shuttle bus (orange line) at approximately 1430 hours. The incident occurred at SW Hall St and SW Broadway in Portland. The subject was described to be white male adult, blonde hair, severe acne on his face, carrying what appeared to be a brown clarinet case. Public Safety is seeking the assistance in identifying the subject above. If seen please contact Public Safety non-emergency at 971-722-4902.
