Adam Mennig

Adam Mennig, Statewide Director

The Director leads the implementation of the Community College STEP Consortia Grant and Pathways to Opportunity programs, including ICAP and Basic Needs Oregon. This role serves as the liaison to state and federal partners, provides technical assistance to Consortia Colleges, and supports program design and development. The Director also onboards new colleges participating in the grant and ensures compliance with grant requirements across all participating institutions.

Ricci eX, Statewide ICAP Program Coordinator

Leads the ICAP Coaches Community of Practice. Provides support to and technical assistance to partner colleges, and facilitates program data collection, reporting, and program improvement.

Zoe Cooper-Caroselli, Statewide Basic Needs Oregon Program Coordinator

Leads the Basic Needs Oregon Community of Practice. Provides support to and technical assistance to partner colleges, and facilitates program data collection, reporting, and program improvement.

Jess Amo, she/her, Statewide STEP Program Coordinator

Coordinates the Community College STEP Consortia Grant, a statewide program that provides support to community college students who are on food stamps. Leads Community of Practice meetings, provides support to and technical assistance to partner colleges, and facilitates program data collection, reporting, and program improvement.

Julie Romey, Statewide STEP Database Coordinator

Supports the implementation of the Statewide STEP database for program data collection and reporting. Provides technical assistance and training to partner colleges in database utilization.
