Inclusive Career Advancement Program (ICAP)

ICAP is only for people with disabilities who are eligible for Vocational Rehabilitation services. ICAP helps people with disabilities access training and find employment in a high-demand field. Working with vocational rehabilitation counselors, and college-based career coaches, ICAP bridges support access and success for individuals with disabilities as they navigate toward a career, not just a job. Tailored to individual interests, strengths, abilities and employment needs – ICAP opens the door to possibilities.
