Blog: Democratic House leader to speak at PCC

Oregon House Democratic leader Dave Hunt will discuss the 2011 legislative session and future elections at the Wednesday, Feb. 23, Central Committee meeting of the Washington County Democrats. And he’ll be doing it in our house.
The 7 p.m. meeting will be held at PCC’s Willow Creek Center, 241 S.W. Edgeway Drive, Room 103, in Hillsboro. A social time will precede the meeting at 6:30 p.m.
Hunt has been one of the strongest supporters of community colleges. This would be a good opportunity to ask him about such issues as funding, governance and more.
The meeting agenda includes committee chair reports, elections of precinct committee persons and introductions of Washington County legislators.
