Sylvania to host TLC chats with staff, faculty on issues

With growing enrollment, financial aid requests and campus construction throughout the district, Portland Community College is bursting with activity. Faculty and staff may have questions, concerns, suggestions or feedback to share about these issues and others – and Sylvania Campus wants to hear from you.
So, mark your calendars for the following brown bag dates – all will take place from noon to 1 p.m., in the Sylvania TLC lounge: Monday, Oct. 4, Tuesday, Nov. 2 (a bond-funded improvement focus) and Tuesday, Dec. 7.
The administration team at the Sylvania Campus, led by Sylvania Campus President Linda Gerber, is hosting these opportunities during the academic year for faculty and staff to discuss these topics, among others. Gerber and fellow administration will address whatever issues are of most interest to attendees. Other get-togethers will focus on bond-funded improvements for the campus and are in addition to bond-focused open houses and forums being planned.
