This painting was a project with the freedom to choose a photograph to make a portrait painting. The painting was made using different carbon pencils to make the portrait and then adding mixtures of black and white paint. The painting has parts only drawn with carbon pencils, such as the man's hair and some expressions on the face, and the rest is covered with acrylic paint.
