After doing a mind-map exercise for class, I came up with an idea to display some of the important imagery from my memories. Such is the fishing pole, the galaxy, the book, my first pet, my shared pet and one of my most beloved creatures; the frog. All of these elements hold a lot of meaning for me even now. I wanted the drawing to be fun but to also have a focus on outline, contour, movement and value. I had so much making this piece and hope you enjoy it!
