Anthony Travis | “Yorick,”

This is a 3D linear sculpture in wire only. I found this very challenging to begin with, as it was my first time sculpting in this medium. The subject was a plastic skull, left over from Halloween. It reminded me of Yorick, the character in Shakespeare's Hamlet. Yorick is long dead, but Hamlet remembers him in better days!
