This is one of my favorite images! I wanted to explore urban street photography and the Steel Bridge In Portland is perfect for that, with the amount of traffic constantly passing by and downtown Portland lit up behind it. I wanted to create a neon feel to the image, so I manipulated the vibrancy, saturation, and temperature in Lightroom and Photoshop.
