This is the first image of my final series "Suspense". I wanted to challenge myself to do still life as it is not my strong suit. I noticed many still life images I found used twine and strings in the background or to edit out to make items look like they are floating. I wanted to make images where the string is one of the main subjects and I drew some inspiration from John Pfahl's style of witty and whimsical "puns".
